Starter Edition Systems and Instructional Guide pdf downloads are not available for refund since the pdf download is automatically sent after purchase.
If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the “Complete Orders” link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We will then send you information in regards to returning your order. We’ll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we’ve received and processed the returned item.
Shipping
All orders are processed within about a week and mailed via USPS mail. Once processed you will receive shipping and tracking information.
Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. We use USPS priority mail since they offer the most cost effective rates. We will always provide the lowest cost shipping option. The rates quoted for shipping is directly based on USPS quote. We do not charge extra shipping fees or handling fees.
